This is my favorite focaccia recipe because it’s very easy and versatile! I like to add halved red grapes (cut side up), fresh thyme leaves, and a hearty sprinkle of Maldon Salt. Drizzle a generous amount of balsamic glaze over a slice and you'll never go back to normal focaccia.
